Refund Policy

Refund Policy: 
We honor a 15-day money back guarantee on all non-excluded items (see below) that were ordered from the Storm Door Supply Parts Collection as long as the item(s) were not special-ordered (See below for our Excluded Items). If you are not satisfied with your item purchased, we'll gladly refund your investment. Items must be in like new condition in original box and include all parts when returned. An RMA number must accompany all returns. Contact us at to receive your RMA number and return instructions. All returned merchandise that is not accompanied by a registered RMA number will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense and the return will NOT be processed (no exceptions). The 15-day return period begins on the day you receive your product(s). All returns must be accompanied by the following: 
• A return reference RMA number (RMA will be provided to you when you email us) 
• The reason for your return 
• The invoice you received with your order 
It is highly recommended that you ship your return via UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL or a similar carrier that offers tracking and insurance. We will not be responsible for damage to products during shipping. So please take care in packaging your product so it doesn't get damaged in transit.

Excluded Items:  All Special-order, Close-outs, and other specified items are final sales, non-refundable, and non-returnable.  Where applicable manufacturers warranties will be honored by manufacturers as specified in the written warranty issued by the manufacturer.
